The application is 4square based and if you dont mind the ads showing here and there, its absolutely FREE.

We know how active you are and wherever you may be, you will always need internet and free networks are not always available, nor steady.
Here comes WifiFree - we scan wireless networks near your location or any given location and find the most relevant WiFi spots.
How does it work?
1. Start the application, choose a location and search for WiFi availability.
2. We scan all found networks and filter those with available passwords or no passwords at all (all passwords are user shared and no hacking or intrusion of privacy is involved).
3. Choose your WiFi and start browsing.

Dont waste another second. The app is not free unless you want to share personal data, sounds "phishy".

You cannot simple run this app, you must create an account. What a idiocy! When tried to create account an error occured and then I removed this app.
The program is good, but I can not figure out how to make myself a new point wifi, constantly coming out, it is impossible to see why wi fi 4
